Anytime I come by this location they never have the ones I want or have ordered on the app and they do not tell you or ask which ones you would like for replacement. I'm handed a box with random donuts that I didn't order. It's an odd situation with this location being 5 minutes from the corporate headquarters you would think it would be ran better.

Always like to stop in at this Krispy Kreme. They are so pleasant and kind to their customers. Always have my doughnuts and coffee ready when I order on the app and my order is Always right! Wonderful experience everytime. Highly recommended for a quick stop in town or a hop off the interstate, which is our case. Doughnuts Always taste great. Perfection!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received at the Clemmons, NC Krispy Kreme location. My family and I arrived approximately 30 minutes before closing, well within normal business hours. From the moment we walked in, we felt unwelcome. The employees appeared annoyed that customers were still entering the store, and one employee even laughed sarcastically as we came in. The woman taking our order looked visibly frustrated and acted as though serving us was an inconvenience. In addition, the women's restroom was unavailable because a wet floor sign had been wedged into the top of the door, preventing it from being used. After purchasing our donuts, we sat down to eat, but the atmosphere became increasingly uncomfortable. An employee mopping the floor stood near our table with loud music blasting, which felt unprofessional and gave the impression that customers were being encouraged to leave before closing time. As we were leaving, another couple was attempting to enter the store, and we observed an employee trying to lock the door before they could come inside, despite the store still being open for 20 minutes. This experience was disappointing,

We first visited this location on Sunday, December 21st. We were saddened when we pulled up to the drive thru menu monitor to see handwritten signs stating “no donuts” and “no glaze”. We returned on December 31st to see another sign in the drive thru, handwritten again, “no donuts”. I decided we should try going inside to double check. The door had a sign stating “no donuts”; however, we walked inside and saw doughnuts in the case and on the belt freshly made. As we waited in line inside, an employee proceeded to lock all the doors and remove the handwritten sign and replace it with a “drive thru only” printed sign. We left with 2 dozen doughnuts and circled around to see the same handwritten sign”no donuts” sign still on the drive thru menu monitor. Signs like these dismiss any potential business. There were plenty of doughnuts left to be sold.

I went last Wednesday and was told they were out of literally every donut but the plain ones. Which is fine, I get it stuff happens, but this wasnt the 1st or even 2nd time ive been told this. And then yesterday my husband picked up a box of the holiday donuts and they had so little filling, my son was convinced they were all empty. They weren't but pretty close. This location is a wash.
